Our raw materials are sourced ethically from various parts of the world, but all designs, researches & development are done on the small island city of Singapore.

- All domestic orders will be shipped out via normal courier with a tracking code sent to your registered email.
- Free Express Shipping (Receive in 3-5 working days) for order above SGD40.
- We also provide self collection at our warehouse. Please do chat/WhatsApp our Customer Service Manager via "CHAT BUTTON". Do note that you need to inform the collection date/time one day before 3.30 pm every day except weekends as our warehouse is closed on weekends. 😊 Collection point is at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, S569511.
- We do not accept walk ins, please make an appointment.
In the exceptional case that you are unsatisifed with your purchase, do give us a chance to assist you by contacting email@example.com or click "CHAT BUTTON" appeared on our website page.
There are few things that need to be followed for us to accept return/ refund as per below:
1. Photos : After you have received the packages, please check everything is correct. If there is any issues, please take photo of the total item you have received (clear image of which scents, and type of the item). Also, the conditon of outer box and the Airway Bill pasted on it.
2. Videos : In the case of malfunction items like Candle Warmer or Mini Humidifier, please take a video so that our Customer Service Manager can assist the steps on how to use it or vice versa.
We only accept returns within 7 days after you have received the items. Product must be returned and unopened with a good condition.
*For orders that has been received longer than mentioned date, you need to arrange it via your own cost to our address or come to our warehouse for return after our Customer Service Manager advise it.
