1. Using Other Containers
Fireproof containers are recommended, but it is possible to safely use other containers. Just make sure they're large enough to keep the melt pool away from the edge and prevent the container from heating up during use.
2. Inserting Cotton Wick
Insert the wick with only a 0.5cm tip sticking out of the pearls, just enough to light it. Make sure to have at least 5cm of sand around the wick and at least 2.5cm of sand under the wick.
3. Lighting Candle
When the wick is inserted correctly, each wick should last up to 12 hours. if your sand is accidentally left burning, the flame will self-extinguish when it reaches the end of the wick without heating up the container. It will also self-extinguish when accidentally tipped over.

I bought it with full excitement however, it's not spreading any fragrance. I have tried keeping it at various locations but not satisfied.
Pristine59 minutes agoHi Arvind, sorry to hear about your disappointment! Our ball diffuser relies on passive diffusion which produces a subtle lingering scent in the background. If you find the scent too faint for your liking, we recommend using our Coral diffuser which relies on ultrasonic diffusion for a stronger scent projection. Alternatively, our room sprays provide a strong burst of scent whenever you need it.

Bought the Hotel series Himalayan Tea Reed diffuser set after reading good reviews. Back to purchase the 6-pack Hotel aroma +free mist diffuser scent on 2nd purchase. Now I am back to purchase the New Coral Diffuser + 6 Pack hotel scent bundle. Became a fan within 2½ months. Used the Reed diffusers for my two toilets and guest room. The mini diffuser for my master bed room and love the English Country Inn scent, as it's calming and serene. Intended the new set of Coral Diffuser for my living room, and keen to try out the Japanese Ryokan scent for this round.
So basically, I became a fan.
