How long a bottle lasts in your space

1. Place it
Stand it on a shelf near the entrance, or fix the mounting plate to the wall with the screws and anchors in the box. Plug in the adaptor.
2. Screw in the bottle
Twist the 300 ml Aerro oil bottle into the head. No pouring, no water, no measuring.
3. Set the timer once
Choose your opening hours and the mist setting from the room-size card. Aerro runs the same schedule every day until you change it.
When the bottle runs low, your next one is already on the way. Swap it in 30 seconds.

Rental range is from published Singapore provider pricing for a single site in 2026, machine and refills bundled. Aerro figures assume one refill a month; most rooms under 150 m² use less.

Two rules, and it runs for years
Keep it upright
Never tilt or lay the machine down, including during a bottle change. Oil that runs into the air pump is the one failure the warranty does not cover.
Use only Aerro oil
The oil is blended for this atomiser. Water, alcohol-based sprays and thin essential oils clog the core and void the warranty.
If the mist weakens
Unscrew the atomiser core, soak it in alcohol for 30 minutes, dry it fully and refit. Replace the core every 6–12 months; one spare is in the box and refill-plan customers get one free each year.
Before you buy
Do I need someone to install it?
No. It stands on a shelf or fixes to the wall with the plate and screws provided. Most owners are running within ten minutes of opening the box. There is nothing to connect to your aircon.
Will it be too strong for staff who are there all day?
Use the lower setting for your room size and let it run from opening time. Aerro releases a fine, dry mist in short bursts, so the scent stays at a level people notice on arrival and stop noticing after a few minutes, which is the intended effect.
How is this different from the Coral diffuser or a reed diffuser?
Reed and ultrasonic diffusers scent a table; Aerro scents a room. It uses concentrated oil with no water, so there is nothing to top up or clean daily and the strength does not fade through the day.
Can I use my own oil?
Aerro is built for Aerro refill oil, which is blended for this atomiser and matched to Pristine’s retail scents. Using other liquids clogs the core and voids the warranty.
What does the refill subscription commit me to?
Nothing beyond the next delivery. You choose 4, 6 or 8 weeks, you can swap scents on any order, and you can skip, pause or cancel from your account page. The price is the same as buying a bottle once.
What if it stops working?
Most issues are a clogged core; a 30-minute soak in alcohol fixes it. If not, contact us: Aerro carries a one-year warranty and repairs are handled in Singapore, not shipped overseas.
Is the oil safe for customers and pets?
Aerro oil is a fragrance blend diffused as a dry mist with no combustion and no water. Safety data sheets are available on request for facilities managers and landlords.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice. Companies buying for five or more locations can ask for a trade price list and consolidated monthly delivery below.
