1. Using Other Containers
Fireproof containers are recommended, but it is possible to safely use other containers. Just make sure they're large enough to keep the melt pool away from the edge and prevent the container from heating up during use.
2. Inserting Cotton Wick
Insert the wick with only a 0.5cm tip sticking out of the pearls, just enough to light it. Make sure to have at least 5cm of sand around the wick and at least 2.5cm of sand under the wick.
3. Lighting Candle
When the wick is inserted correctly, each wick should last up to 12 hours. if your sand is accidentally left burning, the flame will self-extinguish when it reaches the end of the wick without heating up the container. It will also self-extinguish when accidentally tipped over.

Bought 4 bottles for my car and I must say it’s worth it. Don’t be fooled by the cute looking bottle, the smell is potent. Followed the instructions and left the car about 30mins and came back in. The car was filled with the smell. Car now smells very pleasant. Not too over powering and not too weak. I would say just nice.

It’s pretty but when I switch off the laptop the light goes off and the Himalayan salt gets wet !

Since the Himalayan Salt Lamp Set draws power from your laptop's USB port, it will naturally turn off when the laptop shuts down. For continuous operation, you might try using a USB wall adapter or power bank. Regarding the moisture, this is actually normal for authentic Himalayan salt lamps - the salt naturally attracts humidity from the air. The gentle heat from the lamp when it's on helps evaporate this moisture, which is why you're noticing wetness when it's off. You can simply wipe it dry with a cloth when needed. :)
