Reed diffuser: Scent is not as aromatic as advertised. It’s super mild and you can hardly smell it unless you are standing next to it. Even in an enclosed and small area, you are unable to smell anything.
Himalayan tea car diffuser: can hardly smell anything. You tip the bottle over for the string to absorb the oil, one tip, half bottle gone and dries up within a few days and you don’t smell a thing. One bottle can only last 2 weeks. By the way, it doesn’t smell like ion orchard. Very disappointing.
Pristine39 minutes agoHi Sandra, sorry to hear about your disappointment! Our reed diffusers rely on passive diffusion through the reed sticks which may come off as a subtle lingering scent. For strong scent projection, we can recommend using coral diffuser which uses ultrasonic diffusion for a strong scent throw or room spray which give you a burst of scent whenever you need it.
Our himalayan tea scent contains white tea and bergamot notes which customers liken to the scent of ION Orchard. It might not be exactly the same as the formulation is not exact to ION Orchard. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback. We will continue to improve our formulation.

Smells just lemon can't smell.anything at all when I place the ball diffuser in a closet. Dont even talk about Reed diffuser , I plc them in my room can't smell anything at all.

Pristine15 minutes agoHi Angeline, sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our Himalayan Tea scent contains bergamot essential oils which is citrusy like lemon. Bergamot and white tea in Himalayan tea are notes that are also contained in the ION Orchard scent. However, the formulation is not exactly the same as ION orchard hence might differ slightly.
Our ball diffuser and reed diffuser relies on passive diffusion through the ball or reeds which results in a subtle lingering scent in the background. If this mode of diffusion is too subtle for you, we recommend using our Coral Diffuser which relies on ultrasonic diffusion for a stronger scent projection. Alternatively, you can consider using a room spray which provides a strong burst of scent whenever you need it.

Weak scent. Hardly smells of ION Orchard as advertised. Wouldn’t buy from them again.
