Hi Sandra, sorry to hear about your disappointment! Our reed diffusers rely on passive diffusion through the reed sticks which may come off as a subtle lingering scent. For strong scent projection, we can recommend using coral diffuser which uses ultrasonic diffusion for a strong scent throw or room spray which give you a burst of scent whenever you need it.

Our himalayan tea scent contains white tea and bergamot notes which customers liken to the scent of ION Orchard. It might not be exactly the same as the formulation is not exact to ION Orchard. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback. We will continue to improve our formulation.
