Hi Suzen, sorry to hear about your disappointment! Have you tried tilting the diffuser to resoak the wooden cap for more fragrance diffusion? Let us know if this works?

Our car diffuser relies on passive diffusion which produces a subtle lingering scent in the background. If you find the scent too faint for your liking, we recommend using our mini mist humidifier which relies on ultrasonic diffusion for a stronger scent projection. Alternatively, our room sprays provide a strong burst of scent whenever you need it. - Julia
