A reed diffuser is a home fragrance product consisting of a glass vessel containing fragrance oils and reed sticks that absorbs and disperses scent continuously into the air for an extended period of time.

There are a few reasons why you cannot smell the reed diffuser.

If you just set up the reed diffuser, it takes around 12 hours for the reeds to fully absorp the fragrance oils and diffuse the scent.

If you don't smell it after a week, you might want to consider flipping the reed sticks to get a burst of scent. It also prevent dust from clogging the reed sticks and allows for a more consistent scent flow.

If you cannot smell it after several weeks, it might mean that your nose has gotten used to the scent (olfactory fatigue). You might want to consider switching to another scent in that case.

50ml bottles are a good size for trying out a new scent for around a month. It is suitable for small areas like toilets & bedrooms.

180ml bottles can last up to 3-4 months and are better value for money once you have identified a favourite scent. It also has a stronger scent throw and can scent up larger areas like living rooms & hallways.
