For continuous operation, you might try using a USB wall adapter or power bank. Regarding the moisture, this is actually normal for authentic Himalayan salt lamps - the salt naturally attracts humidity from the air. The gentle heat from the lamp when it's on helps evaporate this moisture, which is why you're noticing wetness when it's off. You can simply wipe it dry with a cloth when needed. :)
