While the White Coral Diffuser uses ultrasonic technology for effective scent distribution, office spaces often have air circulation systems that can impact scent retention. You might try increasing the fragrance oil concentration or positioning the diffuser in a more central location away from air vents. You can also rotate between different hotel scents which can also help maintain scent perception and reduces olfactory adaption (your nose getting use to the scent). :)
